ENGLEWOOD, NJ – Groundbreaking will be held March 15, 2005 for an
upscale retail complex with 50,000 square feet of shops and a 475 stall
parking garage, as part of the South Dean Street Redevelopment Project.
“We are thrilled to be a part of the City of Englewood,” said
Susan Noddle Levine, Vice President of Noddle Companies, the developer
of the project headquartered in Omaha, NE and New York City, NY. “Shoppes
on Dean,” will be built at the corner of South Dean Street and Englewood
Avenue, in the heart of the community.
The parking garage will be owned and managed by the City of Englewood.
The retail portion will include 50,000 square feet of stores on two levels.
“The entire project should be completed this fall,” said Scott
Bannett, President of The Bannett Group the projects architect and contractor.
The Bannett Group, Ltd., is a leading design/build and construction management
firm headquartered in Cherry Hill, NJ. “We designed it to complement
the surrounding buildings and to provide an inviting setting for residents
and visitors to enjoy.”
Mayor Michael J. Wildes of Englewood states, “Englewood’s
central business district has received numerous awards and has remarkable
development potential. I enthusiastically invite everyone to join us in

Ltd. for their outstanding professionalism. If they build it, they will
come. This wouldn’t be true in Englewood without the design/build
and development of this exciting parking and retail project.”
