Wildes and a Broad Coalition of Leaders Welcome Hillary Clinton
to Unified Englewood .
Hillary Clinton, the only First Lady to be elected the U.S. Senate, will
be coming to Englewood on Sunday, March 30 th as the guest of Councilman
Michael Wildes. Englewood city residents are invited free of charge to
the private reception hosted by Wildes and broad collation of religious
leaders serving the people of Englewood.
Wildes, who has hosted events with a number of Democratic U.S. Senators
in the last six months, including U.S. Senators Joseph Lieberman, Charles
Schumer and Evan Bayh, said Hillary Clinton's visit to Englewood represents
far more than just another political event. "I am honored to have played
a role in bringing many leaders in Englewood together to welcome an international
figure of Hillary Clinton's stature," said Wildes.
Wildes underscored the unity theme of the March 30th reception to be held
at the Radisson Hotel in Englewood. "Leaders from every corner of our
city are coming together to make this Englewood event with Hillary Clinton
a great success," said Wildes. "And that speaks well for each of these
leaders and our city as a whole."
Wildes pointed out that the Co-Chairs of the Clinton reception represent
"diverse backgrounds and the wide spectrum of constituencies that together
make Englewood both unique and strong."
"I am proud to call these Co-Chairs friends and fellow public servants,"
said Wildes. The Hillary Clinton reception Co-Chairs include: Reverend
Lester Taylor, Rabbi Meacham Genack, Reverend John Spencer, Rabbi Shmuel
Goldin, Reverend William Marcus Small, Rabbi Joseph Strassfeld, Reverend
Bruce Flynn, Rabbi Mark N. Wildes (Councilman Wildes' brother), Reverend
Vernon Walton and Rabbi Zvi Engle.
Hillary Clinton will be in Englewood on March 30th from 11:30am until
1:30pm at the Radisson Hotel at 401 South Van Brunt Street, Englewood,
New Jersey 07631 (across from Bennigan's Resturant). To RSVP or for further

Guest and children are welcome to attend. Free parking is available
and the event is handicapped accessible. Refreshments will be served
and religious dietary laws observed.
